You must be an adult able to agree to these terms. Use accurate account information, keep your password and private links secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. WIplanAI registration is open; no invitation code is required.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the content you provide. You authorize us and our service providers to store and process that content to operate the service and carry out the actions you request. Only add information you have permission to use. You are responsible for verifying event details, guest permissions, vendor arrangements, and financial figures.
Acceptable use
Do not use the services unlawfully, send spam, upload malicious content, impersonate others, access another account without permission, or interfere with the service. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse or protect users, with notice when practical.
Availability and planning decisions
The apps are developing products. Features may change, and service may be interrupted. Keep independent copies of important records and confirm critical plans directly with your vendors and venue. Offline support and automatic connections between WIplanAI and WIBookAI are not currently promised. These tools do not replace professional legal, financial, or event advice.
Pricing and external services
This website does not currently sell paid subscriptions. Any future paid plan will present its price and terms before purchase. Links to third-party sites and the rebuilt WIBookAI service are subject to those services’ own terms. Wedding contracts, vendor payments, and venue bookings remain between you and the relevant business.
Privacy, ending use, and changes
Read our privacy policy for information handling and deletion requests. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. Material changes to these terms will be identified with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, a notice in the service.
